Drilling the 16 holes in the frame is difficult. You will need a 12 inch long 5/16 drill bit, I purchased the bit at Lowe’s. The reason for the long bit is to allow you to work around the axles and springs. I made a drill temple out of a piece of steel, this allowed me to drill all four holes for one bracket in the proper location. I had to do this because you can not get a transfer punch in the tight work area.
