We've enjoyed cooking with it, and using it in bulletproof coffee/tea.This is an excellent product, but it is important to note that the texture is quite grainy which isn't ideal when using it as a spread in place of butter. However, it tastes so good that I still use it as a spread, and have gotten used to the couple seconds of initial graininess before the deliciousness melts in your mouth. If anyone knows how to make it creamy, please comment :)!!!! It has more caramelized taste than the Pure Indian Foods, but not as much as Ancient Organics. And this did have a grainy texture just like the Pure Indian Foods. I would have bought Ancient Organics if I had the chance, but they seem to be having supply issues and I don't have eighty dollars for a bottle of ghee, so I will fall back on this. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Misleading product description and labeling. *by P***L on Reviewed in the United States on March 7, 2023* My first issue with this product is that there is no way this ghee is made from grass fed cows b/c the color is too pale. Grass fed animals would produce a much deeper yellow ghee b/c of the nutrients contained in the grass. The second issue is that the company states that this ghee is made by using cultured butter, however the ingredient list on jar states clarified butter.....not the same this at all.
