She was probably between 16.5-17 years old. Interestingly she went downhill very quickly - it was like flipping a light switch - and we took her to the emergency vet and let her keep going down the Rainbow Bridge. I do not have lab value evidence that this product worked (we decided to skip bloodwork given our dog's age and anxiety levels at the vet, and knowing that even if we were to find evidence of liver failure, there would not be much we could do) but instead watched her clinical signs carefully. In her last weeks, she was probably uncomfortable but still enjoyed eating (very much!) and was very mobile and able to potty totally normally and rested easily at night. This works really well as her other medication is hard on the liver. Her blood work shows it is working well to keep her liver function values in normal range. She also seems to like the taste of them.
