    The shoulder strap tore loose.

It is all well made except the straps.  One of them tore off where it attaches to the bag.  I didn't have too much weight in it because it didn't look like a strong connection and I was worried that would happen.  I may bring it somewhere and see if I can get it repaired because otherwise I like the bag.
