Easy to insert swim form into pocket of Ameona Ayon Sarong swim suit. Once in swim pocket and swim suit is on the form does stay in place when swimming or out of pool. Nice product and shape and well thought out for women who have had Mastectomy. Fits well and is comfortable while swimming. Easy to clean, I rinse with cool water and mild soap and dry with soft towel. I bought same size as my Ameona Adapt gel forms. Highly recommend for swimming and water activities.
