I got exactly what I expected. I've used them in the gym and they work well. These are solid, well made, and seem quite tough and strong. If you’re looking for something more or less than weight lifting straps, like car parts or bacon, then don't order these lifting straps. These lifting straps are not edible nor can they convert gasoline into vehicle motion. While they have a similar shape and length as bacon, you shouldn't eat them. Also, while they may be the same color as my tire iron these straps can't used to remove lug nuts that hold tires on a vehicle. Also, these straps won't lift the weights for you. I heard the next gen straps may lift the weight for you so you can sit on the couch and eat chips while the straps put in the work. Not sure how far along in the design phase this is and I can neither confirm nor deny this is true. Summary: These are great lifting straps that can be used to help prevent over gripping and the associated over gripping issues while weight lifting.
