Compared to Stila!
My favorite retail store eyeliner. Super easy to do winged eyeliner. Less than half the price of Stila but totally comparable. Stays on all day and I have very oily lids!

Horrible open packaging eyeliner
Product cam opened will not use it. Someone opened it and I don’t know what is in the contents how would someone package something it is visibly open. What is in the contents? Do not buy this product they sell open products

Is it a new formula?
I had purchased this eyeliner before and it was a deep sense black, this time it was not. I might as well have been using wet and wild. I went over the liner 3 times and still failed to make it opaque. -__- the only plus side is that the tip does allow for some precision. But the inability to build its opacity kills it for me ):

Disappointing
The first time I bought this liner, it worked great! Compared to the smaller liners, it was nice to achieve the look with less strokes. The liner dried very soon after, the wick began to bend, and the color was less intense and took longer to apply. I mistakenly ordered 2 more, thinking I liked it and bought in bulk, but both of them were dry before I opened it, and I tried turning the around the wick but it's square, not pointed! I wouldn't recommend to my best friends.
