That is listed in the name as what it can be used for.No.I don't know what kind of set this is, but no. It is not too distill essential oils.There isn't a way to block the condensation from leaving the flask forcing it into the coil tube. There isn't a way to separate the hydrosol from the oil.The corks that came with it don't fit into the flasks.It didn't come with any kind of instructions on use or assembly.It was packaged well.
