Actual Hampton Bay brand, not generic Chinese as shown in the pic. (Much better quality.) Full kit includes remote, sensor, and wall mount. Note, there are multiple versions of this remote. This one says FAN-9T on the back, has a Timer (NOT Reverse) button on the upper right, and the dip switches are in the battery compartment but NOT covered by the batteries. If your remote is different, this remote won't interchange. Returns are for refund minus $10 restock fee and shipping.

After my better half trashed the remote to our Hampton Bay fan I found that a remote purchased separately was hard to come by. This seemed like the best available alternative. I found it unnecessary to install any of the remote control receivers, etc. that came with this purchase. By simply resetting the DIP switches to match my old remote our fan was working perfectly.  Was happy to find this option.

    Better than original with New Wall Mount

Perfect replacement for original Hampton Bay remote. PIN switch settings identical to original.Set the PIN switches (in the battery compartment) to same as in the one my son shorted out by spilling soda on it, and worked perfectly without having to also replace receiver in the fan motor assembly itself.Wall holder is a convenient improvement over the original remote (which came with NO wall mounted holder), and remote is slightly smaller than original, which makes mounting it near the light switches at the entry to the room very convenient.

Used it to replace original.  The original one was only 2-3 years old and all the fan would do was run on the fastest speed.  No longer have a wind storm blowing through living room.  Very pleased.
