Review: Nice Tea! - I've had Scottish Teas in Scotland, and wanted to experience that here at home in the US. I bought this after trying some Scottish Tea in teabags (different brand), and feeling let down that there was no boldness or true flavor. I based this choice of customer reviews, and I'm glad I did, because this tea is wonderfully delicious and bold. I've tried it sweetened with milk, alone, and with a touch of fresh Meyer Lemon juice. I like it with the lemon and plain, no sweetener, best! It's sent in a beautiful container and I especially like the doubled up top (see the video for some detailing). The tea was super fresh, and the tightly sealed container tells me it will remain that way for a while! It is not a strong smelling tea, like Earl Grey or English Breakfast, and it has it's own special scent. Pictured, I served it with some avocado toast & feta, and found it complemented my meal well. I also enjoy it without meals, as a nice cup of tea in the morning or afternoon! Because it's such good quality tea, for the price, I'll be purchasing this again, and now will explore their other teas! Enjoy!

**Q: What size are the tins for the 3.5 and 4.4 Oz**
A: The tin that I have is 4 1/2 inches from counter to the top of the center lid. 3 3/4 inches diameter. I think the only difference is how much tea is inside the tin. It comes with a sealed package of the tea inside the tin. I've bought refill bags of the tea, because I love it so much!

**Q: Is the lid of this tea tin a pop off or a screw off top?**
A: It’s a screw on. The tea itself is fantastic! Brodie’s is my favorite brand of black tea.

**Q: How much caffeine is in this tea? Thanks!**
A: Well, not as much as coffee, but it's a strong tea. I bought it because I wanted a hearty breakfast tea. It takes well to milk.

**Q: Is the tea malty?**
A: To my taste, it's mostly a very black tea, with mildly malty under-taste. Comparing to Paul Newman organic black tea, Brodie's has a richer taste... almost thicker... if that makes sense. I love this tea.

This was my first time ordering anything from Amazon! I’ve been a Prime member for a few years. My Daughter usually orders for me. I’ve been looking for, black loose leaf tea for a while now, none in the,”run of the mill”, grocery stores I go to. I’m happy with my experience with Amazon. Easy to use even for a non tech savvy person like myself! The tea is WONDERFUL! I’m enjoying it very much. I like it for Iced tea. I like it strong, I steeped it for 5 minutes using a coffee press. The outcome was better than I expected, as I left it over night in the press. The next day when I went to make a glass. The colour had changed! It was the colour of Chai tea! It was not chai tea. I ordered Royal Scottish blend from Brodies. I was taken a-back when I first saw it, but what could be so bad? It was so delish! The cloudiness did not matter at all. I can’t explain the colour. I asked my whole family if anyone had added anything to it, everyone said,”no”. It was strong, just as I like it! Perfect for our weather in St Pete, Fl. Hot as Haiti's!!! I’ll continue to order the Scottish blend and I’ll be trying different kinds they carry, as well as a few spoons and some cute tea balls I can use for nighttime cuppa’s! Colour brown damned! It was so very good and did the trick to keep me cool. Lovely canister too boot! Good and strong! I’m even branching out now. I’ve ordered natural Henna light brown hair colour! It’ll be a first, so I’ll let you know how that comes out. I’m a cancer patient, who has been lucky enough to not have lost my hair. So I want it looking it’s best! Thank you for making things user friendly! I’m hooked now, so look out!
