I was concerned about how the soft top would work since I've been on many SUPs, but never one like this, and after taking it out several times, I can say that I actually prefer this material. Like others have mentioned, I did notice that the material dented slightly from the straps after I put it on my roof, but the indentations were not permanent. In fact, by the time I got the board off of my car and to the water, the indentations were gone. This board is comfortable to ride, the no slip surface is a really nice feature, and the paddle is high quality. If you're looking for a really nice SUP at a great price, I highly recommend this one! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am very happy with my new paddle board *by A***R on May 21, 2017* I am very happy with my new paddle board. I had never used a paddle board and found it to be light enough to carry and very stable on ourchoppy lake water. Some of my neighbors had cheaper ones but they were obviously inferior quality. One I got the hang of it, I was able to get it to decent speed and keeping my balance.
