I have been very pleased with the book as it is one of the better in the field. Enjoy.

Common to most edited works, they can be fragmented and distracting with the range of contributor writing styles. That is not the case here. Topically, this book is a significant update from the prior edition and certainly is rich and relevant in what it offers the reader on quality in health care.
