Review: Cheap fix - Cheap fix my elbow was leaking and needed replacement. This was brown I painted black and works great. Easy to pop on, bends arounf my foundation and durable.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this properly fit onto a 2"x3" gutter downspout? I have read where others were labeled as such but reviews said they were much too big. Thank you**
A: I recently installed this Flex Elbow.  It fit well at the entry end form the gutter, over the gutter feed and it also fit well at the exit end into a 2" x 3" downspout.

**Q: can these be chained together or is there a longer version?**
A: I am unsure about a longer version, but the flex adapter has 2 male ends to bridge the gap between 2 pieces of spout. Therefore, they cannot be chained together without additional supplies.

**Q: Is there any in tan color?**
A: Do not know, I ordered brown

**Q: will this bend to a 45 degree angle and still drain properly? If not is there a connector to buy with this?**
A: The picture of the flex elbow shows an approximate 45 degree angle so yes, it would still drain.  As long as the drain end of the elbow is lower than the level of the water like in the picture,  it will drain.  Sometimes small amounts of water can remain in the pleats.  The pleats stretch out if you pull the elbow to its maximum length.  The accordion pleats in the plastic allow the elbow to curve rather than bend at an angle.  A longer elbow downspout might be an option.   There are short aluminum connectors and elbows available as well.  Hope this helps.

I built a patio and had to saw of part of my downspout to accommodate the new patio. I could not get the other adapter to fit over the downspout, this past fits snuggly over the downspout and into the other adapter, thus moving the water off my new patio and away from my grill and house.
