Review: It works well - Wish I had one sooner! Kids school uniforms need pressing and this is way better than hand iron. I was skeptical as I’d never used one before. Now I’m annoyed at myself for not buying one sooner. Quality seems good and it holds enough water to do 12 dress shirts and 12 dress pants and there’s still water in there. Impressed
Review: Great steamer! - I bought this steamer to steam tablecloths for my daughter’s wedding. I should have bought two! This worked great- far better than the handheld ones we also had. It worked steadily for the entire day (!) we steamed. It was harder to keep the hose high enough to steam the sides of the tablecloths but we figured it out. Did have a few seconds where steam would stop but I had read reviews and knew that might happen while water was heating up. Easy to drain the water afterwards. I had thought I would sell or give it away after the wedding but I am keeping this for sure!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What type of water should I use on my steamer?**
A: We highly recommend using distilled water to prolong the life of your steamer and to prevent mineral build-up caused by hard water (tap water).

**Q: What is the full height of the steamer?**
A: The height of the steamer from the base to the top of the hanger with the pole fully extended is 65 inches.

**Q: Is it necessary to drain the water and reservoir after each use?**
A: It's best practice to drain the excess water from the tank and reservoir to prolong the life of your steamer and to prevent mineral build-up. It also prevents water from spilling while in storage.

**Q: I just got my steamer and the steam hose is really stiff.**
A: The hose is made with dual-insulated material to regulate temperature and once you start using your steamer, the hose will become softer.

**Q: How do I troubleshoot leaking issues?**
A: Leaking usually happens when the water tank cap is not screwed properly to the water tank. This causes the tank to not sit on the steamer perfectly, causing water leak.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great steamer!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use
*by A***R on June 30, 2026*

I work in retail and ordered this steamer because I needed a new one, for one it does the job no problem however the pole does not tighten down. I have the carry this around the store instead of being able to pull it because it does have wheels so it should roll but the pole keeps coming out. Other than that once you turn it on the unit gets hot and the steam output is great.
