Apart from risk of injury a great product. Good finish and exceptionally heavy for a towel rad. I fitted it with a 300w electric element and it gets more than hot enough to dry towels and heat the bathroom. The only issue was mine was a little difficult to fit as it was out of square with the result that when fitted the top rungs are dead level but the side bars are not. It's essentially a parallelogram. I can't say if it was faulty, damaged in transit or bent when it came through the bottom of the wet box and landed like a ton of bricks on my foot. I was told the BTU was around 2800 and kicks out some decent great. The radiator valves are around 400mm and the fixing brackets sit at around 395mm (not sure on height dirty sorry!). Good quality and instructions are clear as you can see from the picture. When the radiator was delivered (by tnt) it said there were 2 items to be delivered but only 1 turned up.
