While they are *just* bright enough to be used as a regular bulb, there is visible flicker, becoming even more pronounced when dimmed. Additionally, the remote control is a IR remote, which needs direct line of sight to the bulb, so it's no use if you have a lampshade. Even if you don't have a lampshade, the remote is inconsistent at best, and has to be within a metre or two of the bulb. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ lights *by A*** on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 April 2019* These lights are pretty good as multicolor.Bright enough for kids bedroom. It's also easy to use and so many different colours. I like how the light spectrum changes with the remote.
