I have very fine hair that dries out easily with any harsh product. I have used this shampoo for years and my hair is in great shape. **Q: is this OK for dry curly hair? I'm trying to do the curly girl method** A: I used to do the curly girl method but my hair was a clumpy mess. Actually washing at least once a week, conditioning, and leave in-conditioner OR plant based gel freed my curls and my scalp is clean, not clogged with sebum. This shampoo is one that I rotate along with Biolage, Prell, and VO5 Kiwi.
