**Q: Why can't I read my MX-Sensor?**
A: The Sensor ships blank. It has no ID, frequency, or protocol assigned yet. Blank sensors can't be read until they're programmed.Use your Autel TPMS tool to program the sensor first. Once programmed, it will communicate normally and display all data.
