The interior is nice and cushy. The exterior material and handle appear, feel, and so far have been rock solid with little to no wear showing. That's a big positive considering I have a case from a competitor that has not stood up nearly as well. The webbed compartments are great for the cords and charger base as well, compared to some other cases where there is just the solid divider. The only negative, holding it back from 5* is that the divider in one of my cases (I have 2 of these for 2 Megabooms I own) seems like it was glued/installed/whatever crooked and looks warped in a way. My concern is that over time that specific divider will break loose. Many people like to complain about minor things that can be replaced and solved. First of all this case does fit the Megaboom, this case also protects its as well. The case has a harder outer shell with soft lining. The zipper is solid and hasn't a cool light red in the sticking which is nice looking. has a pouch that fits your charger and cable perfectly, The handle is solid and feels good.
