Great for my OTTBOverall diameter of the mouthpiece is not too big for a young horse or a horse with a big tongue. The corners of the bit keep from pinching the horse's lips, but still remember to add 1/4" to your horse's bit size when ordering a loose ring.Overall value of the copper was noted instantly - my horse has been much more accepting of the bit during the cold weather.Have ordered a second we like it so much (so I don't have to keep swapping it between jump / flatwork bridles).
