I bought these less than a month ago for my 10yr old son. He has used them maybe 10 times if that. Always taken care of and put away after workout. The bands are already falling apart. Very disappointed with the quality. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great training tool for soccer and all sports *by P***I on March 24, 2015* My 10 year is always the fastest on the soccer field. After using the Kbands to enhance her speed, agility, and explosiveness, she's even quicker. The bands really developed her first step, so she gets to the ball quicker. I started training a couple other girls on her team and notice improvement in just a few weeks. It's important though to start the training slowly as it can do more harm than good and cause injury. If you're not familiar or experienced in speed and agility training, it would be a good idea to take some classes before trying this on younger aged children. Overall, this is a great product. Very durable. I would recommend this product and I'm thinking of purchasing a couple more. ### ⭐ Poor design. Broke in 2 weeks. *by K***E on June 14, 2017* I bought these for my 12 year old daughter for soccer.First problem- the hooks from the bands are not rounded. Every time my daughter used them it would severely scratch the back of her legs. So to remedy this, I had to purchase knee sleeves so the hooks would not scratch her anymore. This didn't solve much because with the knee sleeves, the kbands will slide down from time to time.So I decided to cut the neoprene so it would be tighter on her legs. Worked for about a week, but the neoprene snapped. Lasted two weeks.Terrible product. I bought this because I saw good reviews. Maybe I got a bad unit. Well as of now it's in the trash.
