I was pleased with the price of this one until I got it and it didn't have the screws that hold the whole thing together. I couldn't use either base without those screws. I would hope this was an isolated incident, but I had to go through the process of returning it. I wasn't sent a new one, I was given a refund and decided not to risk it on this product. Assembly was a tad confusing at first (i thought it was missing stuff, but I was able to figure it out), but once you figure it out, it is easy to assemble. Although the clip was the most gigantic thing I have ever seen and it took both hands to clip it to the counter...but that's a good thing, b/c it stays put very well.
