Dream Leaf is also supposed to help with lucid dreaming.If you struggle to remember your dreams (remember that almost all of us DO dream) but would like a way to do so, Dream Leaf is for you. In the bottle you will find 60 pills, which is a 30-day supply. There are blue pills as well as red ones included in the bottle. These are inspired by the movie The Matrix from 1999, in which Neo is offered a choice: “Take the blue pill, you wake up at home and believe whatever you want to believe. Take the red pill, and stay in Wonderland, and you find out how deep the rabbit hole goes.” The blue pill contains 2 ingredients: 100mg each of valerian leaf and mugwort leaf, respectively.
