My came pre-wired. Wiring a switch panel is not hard but actually doing it is a pain. You got to measure, cut, crimp..repeat. hopefully every thing comes out fine. For this switch panel all I did was connect my connections to make sure everything worked...disconnected ..installed the panel ..wired everything up and i was good to go. Also feels good to press on ..has a good satisfying clickly sound too lol AND it has a built in voltmeter.
