I purchased a LIVALL BH51 neo JBL helmet which was non functional and the remote included was defective so I purchased another remote from Amazon to compensate for LIVALL's lack of customer service that never responded beyond an automatic "sorry for the inconvenience" email. They never responded with any possible resolutions even after I sent pictures and video. Horrible customer service.
