The holster can be attached to the forearm with a self-fastener strap (included). Review: Great Spearfishing Knife - Yes, the knife is quite small, but perfect for impaling fish after spearing. Nice and light, and fits comfortably on my wrist for easy access. I like that the sheath opening is quite a bit wider than the blade, because it is razor sharp with a very fine point - you do not want to miss that sheath and hit your skin with this knife! Only downside is the rubber ring that keeps knife in sheath broke immediately when testing at home. Sounds like almost all of them in this lot are dry-rotted. No biggie though. I just replaced it with a rubber band. All in all, it is a good little knife that is more than sufficient for the price.
