I suspect my arches were starting to collapse from YEARS of standing for hours on concrete floor on the job . Sometimes the pain was intense , was very distracting while working , I wear insoles as well & it wasn’t enough . I was desperate , O came upon these & gave them a shot . Best $10 I have spent . Took a little practice to figure out how to position around my foot for comfort . Took a little getting use to , felt weird at first but then delicious - AND no more pain ! I wear these everyday when I work , I swear to you , no more terrible pain , my feet , especially my right foot are very happy .
