My previous brand of additional Vitamin C was from a brand called Black Forest, box of 80 packages. These have been discontinued and replaced with smaller, and more expensive boxes. I decided to switch to Kirkland. WHOEVER PROCESSED MY ORDERS SELECTED U.S.P.S. WHICH HAS A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF CAUSING DELIVERY ISSUES TO THOSE WHO ARE OUTSIDE OF THE CITY LIMITS. I was able to retrieve my orders and I will say that the taste is quite different from Black Forest. Black Forest has a syrupy filling but not too sweet. It reminds me of "Diet Fruit Gushers". The quality of Black Forest has declined and they even have very few gummies in each package. Meanwhile Kirkland has many in the package but they are much smaller. However, Black Forest tastes exactly like fruit. If you take these "pills" with water, then might be similar to "Space Food". All you have to do is "Just Add Water" and Instant Fruit Juice! Kirkland does not taste like real fruit. It tastes like cheap watered down Kool-Aid. But one advantage of Kirkland is that they have much more variety of Fruit even if it does not even taste like fruit. The brand I am going to try next is Great Value (not sold on desertcart) but I am familiar with Great Value. They are the most affordable but their gummies are smiley face balls. I got tired of them because their faces were mutilated. Would people just please do something like Wendy's did with their botched beef patties ... They would NOT SELL THE BAD BATCHES as patties, and instead dump it in the chili?! In other words can't these fruit snack companies just leave out the bad batches and don't sell the bad batches?! No matter what the brand, there are always problems with them. I got these mainly for the Vitamin C. Kirkland has many advantages but they also have many disadvantages.
