Being low sodium, there is less salt, less of the salty taste. I noticed the difference when I switched. Now I don't miss it. There are 5 grams of sugar in the 5.5 oz can, but no (0) added sugar. Which means that the sugar comes from the veg juices they use to make the product. The reduced salt doesn't cover up the sweet like it does in the standard product. **Q: what is the expiration date? If you drink as much as I do you can expect the bottom of your feet and palms of your hands to turn yellow orange. It’s all that good Carotene. I absolutely love it. My drink of choice in mornings and with my meds. It’s thick enough to help them go down easy. I love both the hot and spicy and the regular but they must be low sodium because the regular flavors are not as preferable once you start low sodium. I have this on drop ship so I don’t run out.
