I bought these to burn votive candles in. The first time I used one, the wax between the glass candel holder and the wood decoration on the outside, melted. I don't know why they would use wax to hold the wood onto the glass knowing there would be a flame inside the glass that would melt the wax. One of the candel holders glass cracked and another one caught the wood on fire. I would not be able to recommend these unless you don't ever plan to light a candel in them. ### ⭐⭐ Shipping was fast. The bark on the candles was saturated with the candle wax, which was a light caramel color, so the candles were not classic white birch, but brownish. They were not what I expected, but fortuately still worked OK for my arrangement - though white is what I really wanted. The biggest problem however is that the candles do not burn properly. The flame is so low you can hardly tell it is burning and they often just go out by themselves so.... no bueno right?
