I especially like how you can place the bill on it and turn the light on and it shows you exactly where the strip should be depending on the denomination of the bill. It comes with the pen as well which is nice to use on top of checking for the strip and the water mark. I did not know that the strip is actually located inside the bill in a different location for each denomination until I started using this product. It does feel a little cheaply made but has actually held up very well over time, is accurate and extremely useful. It uses batteries or comes with an adapter to be plugged into an outlet.
