The tips themselves are great. Well made, clamp on if I change my mind, nice dual wall construction. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because at a cost of $40 each they're only packaged loose in a cardboard box so they of course got bounced around in shipping and were slightly scuffed when I received them. For the cost, I think a little paper packing or bubble wrap is in order. The finish is actually a rough black texture that attracts dirt a lot more than smooth finish like shown in the picture. The tip also has a large "MBRP" stamped in both sides of the tip which looks pretty cheesy. The reason I wanted black was to be stealthy, not have a big embossed logo on it. The picture does not show this embossing.The only reason it got 3 stars instead of 2 is because the one I bought was heavily discounted as used in "new" condition. It was in fact perfectly new and for less than 1/3 the normal price with free shipping. I read the description again it was said it was Stainless Steel and was coated with a black paint and was double wall thick which should also prevent rusting for a long time.i am not happy to say the least, i have stainless steel side bars on my truck for 2 years not a single spec of rust.
