Comfort comfort comfort. It almost seems that there are infinite position to adjust the chair to. The heat and massage are wonderful. The appearance of the chair is first rate. It's looks speak of quality and it has the appearance of a much more expensive piece of furniture than it is. I may be purchasing a second chair in the near future. I am very satisfied with my purchase. It also arrived almost 2 weeks sooner than expected. Another big plus. It was packaged well and I received it in perfect shape.
