Though for the last 3 years I have been off of my levythyroxine because my dr went out of business and the next dr I went to said my levels were “fine” and didn’t understand why I was there. Tried to contact an endocrinologist but I need a referral, which I can’t get because I’m “fine”. I decided to do my own research and try to take vitamins to help treat my thyroid. This took a couple weeks to research, but this product has almost every single recommended ingredient I have that read works wonders. I am now on my second bottle. I take them before I go to bed because when I take them in the morning I get nausea. If I’m being 100% transparent, I’m not really sure if I’ve noticed any significant changes. But that’s not to say it’s not working, just that I haven’t truly noticed any major differences. I’ve decided to continue to take these because honestly, what’s it going to hurt? Either it’s helping my thyroid or it’s doing nothing which is what I’ve already been doing these last three years anyways.
