The other side of the tag says: Wash Separately Professional Dry Clean Recommended. It indicates it can be very lightly ironed on a low setting and no chlorine bleach should be used while washing it. The water temperature to use is mentioned as 30 Celsius, which is 86 degrees Fahrenheit, or warm water. I would also suggest washing it on a gentle or delicate cycle and hanging it up to dry. **Q: I just ordered these, and realized they are 65% polyester! Do they breathe or do you just sweat in them?** A: I just got back from Hawaii where I wore mine out on the beach at night.
