Every project over 2 1/2 “ shatters. I feel the kiln is defective and heats too fast. I attempted to return the item. Amazon approved the return then I received an email from the seller: Message from seller ShopRainbowArtGlass: Hi _______, Very sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with the kiln. Please be aware that you are attempting to return a completely used and functional kiln. Due to this, you most likely will not be eligible for a refund upon return of the item.
