I received a battery that had been damaged in shipping. Upon contacting Sunbelt tools, they responded immediately and sent a replacement right away. I own several of their products and have been very happy with them, and was very happy with the replacement and went about living my life. Weeks later, I was contacted by Angel from Sunbelt tools to see if I had received the replacement and if I was happy with it. I never responded to this email because I was out of state taking care of family. Angel, sent another follow up email to make sure I was happy. This is an example of the kind of customer service that big companies do not provide, nor do they care to because they are making enough money through volume. They aren’t worried about me or their reputationlike Angel and Sunbelt tools were.

I bought my original drill about 5 years ago. My brother told me my battery was going bad, so I bought this. It was in fact the drill. So now I have another battery that works. So I bought another drill just like the original. I love my Pink Power Drill and now I have 5 working batteries. 2 over 5 years old.
