Review: Excellent for Physio on Thumb - I was advised to use this product following resetting of my thumb after dislocation. I was given several exercises to do with the putty. It had to be the extra extra soft variety. It continues to help me recover from the trauma and I am hoping to gain more flexibility in my joint by using it, particularly as it affects my dominant hand. I fully recommend it and give 5 stars though the system won't let me! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good physio putty *by S***T on 11 April 2025* My physio recommended similar putty for hypermobility in my hands. This seems great so far. It's soft but still has resistance, without being painful. I think any heavier would be too much until my hands strengthen up a bit. It's also fun to use! It takes on the shape of its container ( a bit like a cat in a bowl!). It doesn't leave my hands sticky or leave any residue. It's good value for money and I hope it lasts well. So far it's as good as new and I've used it several times a day for a week. The tub is small but exactly the right amount for my hand.
