I've struggled with check/upper neck acne for the last year for some reason. It's really frustrating being in your 30's and suddenly developing an acne issue. I tried a load of different products and none of them were helping. I read an article on yahoo beauty about several different products that worked great and this was one of them so thought I would give it a go. They are expensive, but worth it given the result as my acne has finally started to clear up. I wash my face before using these and then use one of these to scrub my face. It's amazing how much stuff still comes off even after already having washed my face. It feels hard when exfoliating, but when you run a finger across the pad, it feels like a really soft cotton, like the soft stuffing in a teddy bear. It really cleans dead skin because you can see the dead skin in the used pad; it looks like dirt after the pad is used. I usually break out when using any physical exfoliation, and gentle exfoliates don't work, but this is by far the most gentlest yet affective I've ever used.
