Very well packaged. I was aware due to reviews it needed a few days to settle. Anchored the 4 corners with heavy items and bought rug tape as going onto an old carpet (haven't used it yet). So far it's not rucking up or turning up at the corners. Very impressed with the softness and quality. The pattern is very nice and it won't show every up dog hair like darker plain carpets do. I'm very pleased with this rug and would definitely recommend it. I have found it to be really good value for the money.Delivery was quick and the rug was securely wrapped. On receipt the rug was rolled up and it was initially difficult to get it to lie flat. However I rolled it the other way out and left it for a few hours. The rug then lay flat except in one corner, this I weighted down with a paperweight for 24 hours and the problem was resolved, simples!The colour is a combination of greys, as accurately shown in the photograph provided by the seller. I love the way it looks in my lounge, the most dominant shades are lighter greys which I have found lightens the room. I have a grey laminate floor in my lounge and the rug compliments this well.The rug sits securely on the laminate floor and does not slip around, I find it very safe to walk on or across. Because it is a short pile it is easy to vacuum and keep clean. Unfortunately a piece of cooked carrot was trodden on, on the rug, in the first week I had it. Rug runs between my two desks across the room; wheeled office chair runs fin over the top. It tends to ride up a bit when chair runs across it - but that's not surprising. pile is quite short - but good for what's needed. Feels ok (a bit artificial) to the touch, but soft enough.
