This is an XLR condenser mic which needs to be connected to either a powered mixer or a proper usb audio interface with phantom power. Neither the included cable or the USB audio dongle included are going to work properly. I have no idea why they didn't just omit those things and include a normal mic cable. People complaining about the low volume level of the mic are undoubtedly trying to use it as provided, which is not a proper setup. You'll need an XLR to XLR cable and something like a Focusrite Scarlet or other USB audio interface in order to use this mic properly. **Q: Is it good for Android** A: I only use mine with my computer for doing live streams.
