Customer service was responsive when I asked for several delivery updates but offered nothing further. When it arrived the stitching on the sleeve was defective. Customer service sent us a replacement that arrived in days, as opposed to weeks for the 1st one.My son likes it, so we kept it. Good quality but not above and beyond other brands in my opinion.
