Grow vibrant cempasuchil mosquito deterrent for pollinators. : Patio, Lawn & Garden Review: Beautiful, easy to care for - I bought these seeds last year and couldn’t WAIT to plant them again this year. Here are some pics from last year. They were so big and beautiful and just kept producing huge beautiful flowers. All of them germinated. Some were light yellow but most were bright orange. They seemed to attract small bugs towards fall, we call them noseeums(probably got that wrong) but it kept them away from me, because they wanted the flowers!! Anyways, great buy. Highly recommend. Review: Even a toddler can grow these! - Update - they are MASSIVE ( That's a fully matured rhododendron bush behind them) and thriving. My child's chaos gardening was apparently the way to go. The local bugs have been so etranced by them that I have been able to take close up pictures of a few of them! Original: They're not fully grown yet, but my toddler dumped them in my flower bed when I wasn't looking and these little plants have taken off! Sadly, I accidentally pulled the first to sprout thinking they were weeds... Oops. By the time more started popping up I remembered the chaos method of seed sowing my little one used 😂 im honestly impressed with how quickly and readily they sprouted! I cant wait until my flower bed is an abstract of orange blooms! ## Features - Beautiful - Large premium packet of Crackerjack African Marigold (Tagetes erecta) seeds. PL anted outside in May. They got 15" tall; higher than expected, but they were stunning and the Monarchs loved them. **Q: Are these edible marigolds?** A: Some marigolds are edible and some are poisonous. I checked the edibility of the crackerjack marigold and this is what I found "Crackerjacks marigolds are just one of the many edible varieties of annual flowers." You can confirm at any nursery; I am not a gardener; the seeds we bought were a gift for a friend who was trying new flowers in her garden. **Q: What zones are these good for growing in?** A: I understand the marigolds like warmth and bloom well summer through Fall; they don't like frost but love the sun. We are not gardeners; the seeds were part of a gift to another. She said they didn't fare well as she had too much shade in her yard. In checking garden sites, I found Marigolds grow well in planting zones 2 – 11, and they will have a longer blooming season in zones 10 or higher, where temperatures don’t dip close to freezing. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful, easy to care for *by M***T on May 14, 2026* I bought these seeds last year and couldn’t WAIT to plant them again this year. I definitely received merigold seeds, but I was not expecting them to get as large and tall as they did. I feel like it took forever for them to finally bloom, but once they took off, they went crazy and bloomed these large bright orange flowers. I have one plant that is over 5 feet tall. I still have enough seeds left to reuse them next year. I do feel like it is cheaper to buy them in the store vs online, but it was nice to have them shipped right to me. Would buy again. ## Frequently Bought Together - Sow Right Seeds Crackerjack African Marigold Seeds for Planting - Non-GMO Heirloom Seed Packet with Instructions - Companion Plant - Orange & Yellow Blooms Attract Pollinators, Deter Mosquitoes (1) - HOME GROWN Zinnia Dahlia Seeds Pack for 2025 – 524 𝗡𝗢𝗡-𝗚𝗠𝗢 𝗨𝗦𝗔 Flower Seeds | Vibrant Zinnia Elegans for Pollinator Gardens, Borders & Containers | Easy-to-Grow Outdoor Blooms - Sow Right Seeds - California Giants Mix Zinnia Seeds for Planting - Non-GMO Heirloom Packet to Grow Your Flower Garden - Attract Bees and Butterflies - Great to Cut and Come Again - Summer Annual (1) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/105328099-sow-right-seeds-crackerjack-african-marigold-seed-for-planting-flowers](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/105328099-sow-right-seeds-crackerjack-african-marigold-seed-for-planting-flowers) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
