## Description

Vacuum frying is a relatively novel technique of frying fruits and vegetables at pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure and low temperature to retain the nutritive value, colour and flavour. This process results in very appealing, tasty, crispy and very low on fat chips. Less oil consumption adds to the health benefits, making it an ideal guilt free binge.
