Whether that's in a larger box I'm pretty sure but not 100%. I've also ordered pads directly from Artisan before, and this one is genuine. **Q: how would I clean it?** A: Soak in tub with lukewarm water and a little dishwater detergent. Leave for a an hour. Scrub with microfiber washcloth. Gently work edges with a soft toothbrush. Leave for another hour our two. Rinse thoroughly with cold water. Air dry on flat surface.
