I saw the cranberry flax on Amazon and thought they would be delicious, but it was the wrong flavor to experiment with. They are extremely tart and bitter, and they don't even taste a lot like cranberry to me. Even though it's not listed in the ingredients, I get a distinct orange rind taste and aftertaste that really lingers. If you like orange zest or cranberry orange muffins, you might like these, but I am really regretting I ordered them.Also, these are not vegetarian, in case you were wondering. They do contain gelatin, though the manufacturer's website says it's non-porcine.
