A: This product needs to be refrigerated.

**Q: The package says to cook this to a temperature of 160 degrees.  Do I have to cook this? i was going to eat it straight out of the package. thank you!**
A: This is a cured item and needs no cooking . Personally I like it right out of the package. It can be cooked with eggs but, I prefer it not cooked....it is an Armenian delicacy.for centuries.

Ohanyans has the best bastirma. Well worth it. Having an Armenian family reunion and bastirma and soujouk are a must!!!
