It didn't make sense for us to return it for a refund and then repurchase the exact some scooter at the lower price. Unfortunately, desertcart couldn't just refund us the difference between the scooter we purchased and the one they sent. I reached out to Lucky Scooter customer service and they worked on a viable solution for us to keep the scooter that was sent AND make us whole on the transaction.
