**Q: How in the world do you open it? I cant get the cap off.**
A: First remove the clear plastic wrapping.  Then twist and pull top off.  It's a little tight.

**Q: Is it safe to use on the waterline?**
A: Yes, I use it all of the time on my waterline.  I have sensitive eyes and this doesn't irritate them.

**Q: How am i supposed to sharpen this?  i loved it at first but now it is dull and i cannot sharpen! thanks!**
A: I just use a tissue . . . gently place the tip in a tissue between your fingers and twist.

**Q: Do you have grey Smokey kohl eyeliners?**

This eyeliner is a favorite due to the long lasting wear and ease of application. I appreciate the quality of the formula and color choices. The pencil does not need sharpening which makes in more convenient to use and keeps the tip fresh for easy application. The texture really “glides” on smoothly for clean lines and fewer mistakes. The color I chose is dark brown which matches my natural hair color. Black is great too for a bolder look no matter what your hair color. I recommend this product and keep an extra on hand!
