Review: Helped my C6-7 pinched nerve heal! - I had a pinched nerve around C6-7 level. My doc was super conservative and recommended stretching and PT. I bought one of those neck stretchers that you hang from something and then you pull yourself - that worked well, but it wasn't like you could do that for prolonged periods. With the neck traction device I was able to wear it while working at my desk for several minutes (or longer) at a time. It's easy to use, easy to take on and off, easy to adjust. I found that I really didn't need the air collar part. It seems like it should fit a wide range of people. I tended to have to crank mine down to get a good fit, so maybe that's where the air collar could be more helpful. Overall using this consistently (daily) was enough to get my neck relax and create space for healing in short order, YMMV, but considering I had struggle for months before, I'll take it! Haven't had any issues with quality, it seems well assembled with good materials, and again I can do this stretch anywhere, not tied down (literally) to something stretching me.

**Q: My neck is 12 inches.  Will this fit me?**
A: Not sure if it will go that small. I have a 17 neck and it fit me ok.

**Q: Hsa/fsa eligible?**
A: I do not recall. I believe I payed full price for it. There is another kind that is. Cervical neck traction device by DaviSmart. Works great and better then the one you’re asking about. I bought 3 of them and they didn’t cost me anything

**Q: Is this a HSA approve device?**
A: I do not know. However, I am suffering from cervical herniated discs, and this did the trick. I use it in conjointion with ice patches and it works great helping to reduce nerves inflammation in the vertebrae. Definitely worth the investment.

**Q: I’m 6’4”, 280lbs, is this one size fits all? and if not, can you point me in the right direction, been suffering and no insurance**
A: I'm a big guy too but not as tall. It fits me no problem and works great!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works excellent! Releases tension on my C5 C6 discs

I love it. Immediately tried it once I got it. I currently deal with foraminal Stenosis and C5 C6 disc bulge. Going through PT, but for the longest time it felt like traction was the only thing that could help. Helps alleviate my tinnitus, not completely but minimizes it. I also have a Saunders traction machine, which I do like more, but I will say this does excellent for much cheaper. Only downside, if you have a long neck, you almost wish for 1-2 more adjustments vertical.
